At BrickPicFun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of mosaic kits under the following conditions:

  • The kit must be in its original state.
  • Baseplates must be disconnected, and all bricks must be in bags sorted by colors.
  • The product can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@brickpicfun.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that we do not cover the shipping expenses for returning items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

5. Exchanges and Missing/Damaged Parts

If you are not completely satisfied with your order due to a mistake we have made or because your product(s) have arrived damaged, you may request an exchange by emailing us at info@brickpicfun.com and sending us a picture of the damaged product(s).

In cases of damaged or missing parts, replacing only the relevant parts (rather than the entire product) will be considered an acceptable solution.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The mosaic kit is not in its original state (baseplates are damaged, bricks not sorted by colors).
  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after purchase.
