Return Policy

1. Overview

At BrickPicFun, each order is custom-designed and carefully prepared by hand, making every kit unique. Because of this personalized production process, our return and refund policy is more limited than for standard, non-custom products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our mosaic kits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The dissatisfaction is due to a mistake made by the customer (e.g., incorrect image upload or design choices).
  • You have changed your mind after placing your order.

EU customers: As these are personalized items produced to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested before production begins:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@brickpicfun.com with your order number.
  • Once production has started, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
  • We will confirm by email whether your cancellation request can be processed.

4. Exchanges: Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect order due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a replacement. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at info@brickpicfun.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
  • We aim to respond within 2 business days and will arrange an appropriate solution.

5. Missing or Damaged Parts

If your kit is missing parts or contains damaged pieces:

  • We will replace the affected parts free of charge.
  • Replacement of individual parts (rather than the full kit) is our standard solution for these cases.
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

6. Return Process (if applicable)

In the event that a return is approved (for example, where we are unable to fulfill an exchange):

  • Email info@brickpicfun.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Our error or shipping damage: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Other approved returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where the error is on our part and a replacement is not possible or appropriate. If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing takes up to 7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
