These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the BrickPicFun website (“Site”) and the services provided by BrickPicFun (“we”, “our”, or “us”). BrickPicFun is located in the Netherlands, and these Terms are governed by Dutch legislation.

BrickPicFun allows customers to create personalized brick mosaic art using LEGO® compatible bricks. Users can design their own mosaic artwork and order a kit that includes all the necessary pieces and instructions to build it themselves.

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2.2 Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site, such as saving designs or placing orders. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date.
2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.4 Site Access: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of the services provided at any time without notice.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Personalized Mosaic Designs: Using the tools provided on the Site, you can design personalized mosaic artwork. The design may be based on images or artwork that you upload or create on the Site.
3.2 Order Process: Once you have completed your design, you may place an order for a kit that includes all the necessary LEGO® compatible bricks and instructions to build the mosaic. You are responsible for reviewing the design before submitting your order, and you agree that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
3.3 Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unavailable materials, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative products.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Designs: By submitting your design through the Site, you retain ownership of your original artwork. However, by submitting a design, you grant BrickPicFun a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce your design for the purpose of fulfilling your order and promoting our services.
6.2 Site Content: All content on the Site, including logos, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of BrickPicFun or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written permission from BrickPicFun.
7. User-Generated Content
7.1 Design Submissions: You may upload or submit designs to the Site, provided that you comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. By submitting a design, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the design and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
7.2 Content Guidelines: You agree not to upload or submit content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- Is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of others.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful components.
BrickPicFun reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or our policies.
